The person who posted this (맑은민호) brought the info over from Telzone's Minho zone.
it is a message left by a child actor's mom.

i also read some fan account about fansigning event.
It was cold day, and you know when Lee Minho hold a fan signing, at the end he always hold the hands of his fans.
