[Star diary] Continued from Lee Min Ho (Part 6)


[아시아경제 고재완 기자]뉴칼레도니아 촬영도 힘들었지만 '꽃보다 남자'를 촬영하던 중 가장 깜짝 놀란 일은 교통사고였다.
Although filming in New Caledonia was a difficult time, that which constantly haunts(surprises) everyone when filming 'Boys Over Flowers' were the accidents reported.


"제가 운전면허가 없었는데 운전하는 신이 생긴 거예요. 급하게 면허를 따고 임시 면허증이 나온 상태에서 운전을 했어요. 그 차가 바로 로터스 GP3였죠." 지난 해 1월께 '꽃보다 남자' 중 운전하는 모습을 촬영하던 이민호는 가드레일을 들이받고 말았다.
"There was a scene in the drama where I had to drive but I didn't have a driver's license then. As I was in a rush, I drove after obtaining a temporary driver's license (i'm not sure whether he meant a learner's license). The car I drove was the Lotus GP3." Lee Min Ho, who filmed a driving scene January 2009 in BOF said that he collided with a guard-rail.


"1억이 넘는 차였대요. 턱 위로 돌진해서 저는 순간 차가 가드레일을 타고 넘는 줄 알았어요. 몸은 안 다쳐서 다행이었죠. 보험도 확실히 해서 별로 걱정은 안했는데 차가 종이 조각처럼 구겨지더라고요. '이렇게 비싼 차가 이렇게 쉽게 구겨지나' 했어요.(웃음)"
"The car costs above 100 million won. (I don't really understand this part but he might be saying he ran into the guard-rail because there was something protruding out which he didn't notice...) I was lucky that I didn't suffer any bodily injury. I also had insurance (either that or he meant security measures were taken) so I wasn't worried but the car became like a piece of paper. 'Such a costly car is so easily damaged' was what i thought. (laugh)"


이밖에도 '꽃보다 남자' 촬영 중에는 주연배우들의 자주 교통사고를 당하는 일을 겪었다. 김현중, 김준, 김범, 구혜선이 모두 교통사고를 당했고 구혜선은 4일간 입원치료를 하면서 방송이 한 주 연기되며 스페셜이 방송되기도 했다.
A lot of the leading actors/actress were involved in traffic accidents during the filming of BOF. Kim Hyun Joong, Kim Joon, Kim Bum and Goo Hye Sun all had traffic accidents, while Goo Hye Sun spent 4 days receiving treatment at the hospital. Broadcast was deferred a week and a special was shown instead.


"모두 바쁘고 힘들게 촬영을 해서 그랬던 것 같아요. 진짜 하루에 한 시간 자는 것도 힘들어서 틈만 나면 졸았거든요. "
"Everyone was busy dealing with the difficult filming schedule. It was hard to get a full hour's sleep per day, one would be happy just to have some time off."
